Returns/Exchanges: Returns, exchanges, and associated agreement terms must be within 30 days of shipment receipt.

• Returns accepted for 30 days

• Customer provides return shipping

• 10% restocking fee

• Final sale items:  products can't be returned

All approved Returns/Exchanges must receive an RA# provided by info@lorenollabs.com
